Spreadsheets look different on every phone and computer, and printing them from Excel often cuts columns across pages. A PDF keeps the layout fixed. This converter reads the .xlsx file in your browser, lays out each sheet with its number formats, fonts, fills, borders and merged cells, scales it to fit the page width and saves the pages as a PDF.
Charts and drawings inside the sheet are not drawn yet; cells, values and pictures of the data are. Formulas show the value Excel last saved. To go the other way, use PDF to Excel.

How do I convert an Excel sheet to PDF?
Add the .xlsx file, choose all sheets or one, and press “Convert to PDF”.
Why are my columns smaller in the PDF?
Wide sheets are scaled down to fit the page width so that no column is cut off. Choose landscape for wide sheets to keep the text larger.
Are formulas calculated?
The PDF shows the values Excel saved with the file. If you changed a cell and did not save in Excel, open and save the file first.
Can I convert .xls files?
Save them as .xlsx in Excel, Google Sheets or WPS Office first.
Is my file uploaded?
No. It is read and converted in your browser.
