Why use this e-e-a-t score checker

E-E-A-T stands for Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust. It comes from Google’s Search Quality Rater Guidelines and describes what makes a page believable: who wrote it, why they are qualified, where the facts come from and whether readers can contact the people behind it.

This checker looks for those signals in the page itself — author bylines and profiles, Person and Organization schema, published and updated dates, citations to official sources, policies, affiliate disclosures and first-hand experience — and turns gaps into a short to-do list.

  • 20 checks, 4 pillarsEach pillar gets its own score so you know where to start.
  • Fixes, not just flagsEvery failed check explains what to add and where.
  • PrivateThe HTML you paste is checked in your browser and never stored.
  • Works on any CMSWordPress, Blogger, Shopify or a hand-built site — if it has HTML, it can be checked.

Questions people ask

Is this Google’s E-E-A-T score?

No. Google does not publish an E-E-A-T score. This tool checks the visible, on-page signals that support E-E-A-T so you can find gaps quickly.

Why paste HTML instead of a link?

Browsers do not let one website read another website’s pages directly. Pasting the source keeps the check private and works for pages that are not public yet.

Will a higher score improve my rankings?

Not on its own. These signals help readers and quality raters trust a page; rankings depend on many other things, especially how well the page answers the search.

Which pages should I check first?

Pages about money, health, safety or legal topics need the strongest trust signals. Start there, then check your most-visited articles.
