Frequently asked questions
Is the estimate a final price?
No. It is an indicative starting point based on what you selected. We confirm a written quotation after reviewing your website, and nothing is charged before you accept it.
What does the ₹ diagnosis include?
A structured look at the reported problem to identify the likely cause and the work needed to fix it. If you accept the repair quotation, the diagnosis fee is credited against it.
Are taxes, hosting and licences included?
Prices shown are for our work only. Hosting, domains, premium plugin or theme licences, advertising spend and any applicable taxes are separate and will be listed in your quotation.
Should I send my passwords through this form?
No. Please never send passwords, hosting logins or private keys here. If access is needed, we’ll agree a secure method with you after the assessment, such as a temporary user account you can remove afterwards.
Do you work on websites that aren’t WordPress?
Yes. We also work on HTML, PHP and Laravel, React, and Python (Django or Flask) websites, as well as hosting, SSL and business email set-up.
